My story is just as wild and unconventional as Alaska herself. With more than 10 years of experience as a graphic designer specializing in the craft beer industry, I bring a creative eye and a love of storytelling to everything I do. After moving from the Midwest to the PNW, I spent time working as a budtender and Walmart security—experiences that shaped how I manage to connect with all kinds of people.

Why are glaciers blue?

Heavy ice packs so tightly it squeezes out all air pockets. Pure ice absorbs red wavelengths, scattering and reflecting shorter blue wave lengths making the ice appear blue. The bluer the color the older and more pure the glacier ice.
